Ray Cooney celebrates his 85th birthday and 70 years in showbiz in 2017, and to mark these momentous milestones he is working with producer Tom O'Connell on a brand new season of his classic comedies - including an updated production of his Olivier award-winning Westminster comedy Out of Order.

Rover Dramawerks continues their 17th Season with the hilarious British farce, Move Over Mrs. Markham by Ray Cooney and John Chapman. Performances will be at Rover's theatre in Plano, located in Ruisseau Village at 221 W. Parker Rd, Suite 580, at the northwest corner of Parker and 75. Performances run May 4-27, 2017 on Thursdays and Fridays at 8:00 p.m. and on Saturdays at 3:00 and 8:00 p.m.

A FAST and frenetic farce delivering the usual mockery, embarrassment and absurdity - resulting in laughs aplenty - comes to Limelight Theatre this April.

Jeffrey Holland will star as Tom Ballard in the premiere stage production of the BAFTA-nominated WAITING FOR GOD which will begin a 12 week UK tour on 20 April.  He replaces Roy Hudd, who has withdrawn from the production on medical advice, due to ill health.

Out of Order, the Olivier Award-winning comedy returns to the stage in a gleeful new production directed by playwright Ray Cooney, ('THE MASTER OF FARCE' - The Telegraph), who is celebrating seventy years in the industry.

The UK tour of Ray Cooney's OUT OF ORDER, starring Arthur Bostrom, Shaun Williamson, Sue Holderness, Andrew Hall, Susie Amy and James Holmes, officially opens at the Theatre Royal Brighton on Wednesday 22 March 2017 at 7.45 p.m.

FUNNY MONEY, a hilarious comedy by Ray Cooney, directed by Carol M. Rice, will run at Pocket Sandwich Theatre from February 24 through March 25.  What would YOU do if you accidentally picked up the wrong briefcase and it was full of money?!

Farce king Frans Swart's Afrikaans translation of Ray Cooney and John Chapman's runaway hit, DAA' GAAT DIE BRUID! is on stage for the last time at the Atterbury Theatre in Pretoria this January.
