The five new songs performed by Anthony Rapp and Eric Michael Krop feature music by Derek Gregor and lyrics by Selda Sahin. The digital exclusive, which will be available on iTunes and other online outlets today, August 26, will be celebrated with a special release event concert at 54 Below on September 1.

Artists performing the songs of Derek Gregor and Selda Sahin - who provided the film's five new numbers - include Anthony Rapp (If/Then, Rent), Eric Michael Krop (Godspell), Calvin Grant (Rent), Natalie Weiss (Everyday Rapture), Matt Shingledecker (Rent, West Side Story, Spring Awakening), Danny Blu (Lead singer of 'The Factory Blu'),? Pasha Pellosie ('The Carrie Diaries'), Drew Brody (Singer/Songwriter) and more. The album's digital exclusive will be available on iTunes and other online outlets on Tuesday, August 26. The 35 minute short film - written and directed by Zachary Halley - will be available to view online at GrindShortFilm.com on October 1, where the exclusive trailer is currently available. The soundtrack - presented by Chemically Altered, Telly Leung Productions and Yellow Sound Label - is produced by Telly Leung and Michael Croiter.

Hosted by BMI Fun Committee members Kate Anderson,Timothy Huang and Sara Wordsworth, 'Your Holiday Assignment is….' will take place today, December 16, 2013 at 7:30 PM at the D-Lounge of the Daryl Roth Theatre in New York City as part of New York Theatre Barn's revolutionary new musical development platform NYTB in the D-Lounge, produced by Laura Brandel and Jason Najjoum. About a year ago, I was asked to do a recording of a musical called A Letter To Harvey Milk. I wasn't familiar with the writing team but from the moment I set foot in Ellen Schwartz's apartment and began to read the scenes and sing a bit of one of my songs, I knew I had come home!!!
