Big Thunder Productions' #YesAllWomen Raise Your Voice will be presented by the Tank on Friday, November 21 at 9:30 P.M., featuring a stellar lineup of performers including Wicked's Jenna Leigh Green, Wunderkind's creator and star Tim Realbuto, and emcee Dana Aber. From the hotbed of American theatre in New York City, Big Thunder Productions has cultivated the #YesAllWomen Raise Your Voice concert project hoping to connect performing arts communities around the country and give their voice to this immediate social issue of gender inequality. The concert of original songs will address the many complicated sides of the gender equality movement through the work of contemporary NYC composers and songs written specifically for the show.
The event will be on Saturday, October 11, 2014 from 2:00-3:30 p.m. at the NYU Tisch School of the Arts, 721 Broadway in the Graduate Musical Theatre Writing Program ("GMTWP") Black Box Theatre, 2nd floor, followed by a meet-and-greet with the writers and performers.

American Lyric Theater (ALT) presents the work of two of its distinguished alumni from the Composer Librettist Development Program (CLDP) in concert at The National Opera Center, 330 7th Avenue in New York City, on Sunday, February 23, 2014 at 3:00 PM. Librettist Royce Vavrek and Composer Aleksandra Vrebalov were both Resident Artists in the inaugural season of the CLDP in 2007-08. On Sunday, September 22 New Georges held their BIG Benefit at Seamen's House, a private townhouse in Chelsea. The fundraiser featured a special performance by Eisa Davis and short plays and songs written specifically for the event by Laura Eason, Boo Killebrew, Julie Kramer, Rachel Peters and Charise Castro Smith, featuring Heidi Schreck, Maria-Christina Oliveras, Amy Wilson, Stephanie Wright Thompson, Eric Clem and others. At a benefit event held for New Georges on Sunday, September 22, Producing Artistic Director Susan Bernfield and board member Michael Osso announced a new program at New Georges, The Audrey Residencies, and the artists and projects chosen for 2013-14, the program's inaugural year.
