NBC Sports' Live Coverage Of 105th Tour De France Begins This Saturday

NBC Sports' live coverage of the 105th Tour de France begins this Saturday, July 7, at 5 a.m. ET with Stage 1 on NBCSN, as part of a record 365-plus hours of live, primetime and encore coverage across NBC, NBCSN and the NBC Sports Gold app. NBC SportsGold's live coverage of Stage 1 begins Saturday at 4:40 a.m. ET. Coverage culminates with the final stage on Sunday, July 29, live at 9:30 a.m. ET on NBCSN.

San Diego REP & Amigos Del REP Announce The Second Annual Latinx New Play Festival

San Diego Repertory Theatre and Amigos del REP announced today the lineup for The Second Annual Latinx New Play Festival at the Lyceum Space Theatre, August 3-5, 2018.  Amigos del REP is a theatre advocacy council of community members and artists who promote Hispanic/Latino/Chicano theatre at San Diego REP.  The Latinx New Play Festival is a celebration of engaging, dynamic and enlightening new plays by Latinx playwrights from across the United States.  Submissions were accepted from Latinx playwrights representing an array of genres, styles and experiences highlighted by both emerging and veteran playwrights.

NBC Sports will present a record 365+ hours of live, primetime, and encore coverage of the 105th Tour de France, across NBC, NBCSN, and the NBC Sports Gold app. Daily live coverage of the Tour de France, including all 21 stages, begins Saturday, July 7, at 5 a.m. ET with Stage 1 on NBCSN. NBC Sports Gold's live coverage of Stage 1 begins Saturday at 4:40 a.m. ET. Coverage continues each week night with the Tour Primetime show featuring a look at the day's most compelling action with new analysis, interviews, and updates. Coverage culminates with the final stage on Sunday, July 29, live at 9:30 a.m. ET on NBCSN.

Toronto Theatre Celebrated at the 2018 Dora Awards! Winners Announced!

The 39th Annual Dora Mavor Moore Awards for the 2017-2018 season were handed out in a star-studded ceremony in Toronto on the evening of Monday, June 25 at the Winter Garden Theatre of the Elgin and Winter Garden Theatre Centre, hosted by acclaimed actor Astrid Van Wieren, currently starring on Broadway in the award-winning Canadian musical Come From Away.

Cast Announced For Sierra Rep's BEAUTY AND THE BEAST

Sierra Repertory Theatre will delight it's audiences this summer with Disney's Beauty and the Beast, one of modern musical theatre's biggest hits. Based on the classic 1991 Disney animated film, this theatrical telling celebrates the Academy Award-winning score by Alan Menken, Howard Ashman and Tim Rice, and is expanded with soaring new melodies that enchants audiences of all ages. With a book by Linda Woolverton, it's everything to love about the film and more in a stage spectacular. The independent Belle, trapped in her provincial town, finds her life turned upside down when she takes her father's place as a captive in an enchanted castle ruled by an angry Beast. With help from the creatures in the castle and her own kindheartedness, Belle finds the prince inside the Beast and works to break the curse on the mysterious castle and all of its inhabitants. A fantastically enjoyable adventure, this classic musical love story is filled with unforgettable characters and dazzling production numbers, including: "Be Our Guest" and the beloved title song.

At a press conference held May 31 in the lobby of the Sony Centre for the Performing Arts, the Toronto Alliance for the Performing Arts (TAPA) announced 237 nominations for the 39th Annual Dora Mavor Moore Awards, which recognize excellence in the performing arts in Toronto.

Southern Rep Theatre announces its 2018-19 Mainstage Season, its 32nd, featuring the regional premieres of THE WOLVES by Sarah DeLappe and A DOLL'S HOUSE, PART 2 by Lucas Hnath as well as three world premieres: AZUL by New Orleans native Christina Quintana, FLOWERS FOR HALLIE - a celebration of Mahalia Jackson written by and starring Troi Bechet - and MANDATORY MERRIMENT: AN UNTITLED HOLIDAY MUSICAL created by Leslie Castay and Ian Hoch with book by Ian Hoch.

Harlem9 Partners with Pregones Theater PRTT for 48HOURS IN… EL BRONX

After 7 years, the producing collaborative Harlem9  has played to packed houses, picking up an OBIE award along the way in 2014.  This April, Harlem9 collaborates with Pregones Theater PRTT, a Latino arts organization in the Bronx for the 2nd time to present "48HOURS IN… EL BRONX".  The two organizations first collaborated in December 2016. This year, the theme takes a tour of some of the most memorable dance clubs in Bronx history.

Luke Winslow-King Announces New Album BLUE MESA + Tour Dates
