Titan Theatre Company opens the final production of its 2016-17 season next week, Shakespeare's romantic comedy TWELFTH NIGHT. Performances begin, March 24th, at the Queens Theatre, and BroadwayWorld has a behind-the-scenes look at rehearsal below!

Queens Theatre is launching its Winter/Spring 2017 Season with a diverse array of presentations, including the acclaimed dance company FLAMENCO VIVO CARLOTA SANTANA, Neil Simon's Last of the Red Hot Lovers and a new Queens Theatre production of the American classic, The Miracle Worker.

Artistic and Executive Director, Paul Hart today announces the company for his new production of Twelfth Night continuing The Watermill Theatre's bold, ensemble driven approach to Shakespeare. Twelfth Night runs from 6 April to 6 May and in repertoire with Hart's 2016 production of Romeo + Juliet from 18 to 22 July. Both productions will tour nationally from Tuesday 16 May to Thursday 3 August

IRT presents Hard Sparks' BAREBACK INK by Bob Bartlett, directed by David Drake, tonight, March 4, through March 18 at IRT Theater (154 Christopher Street) as part of the 3B Development Series.

Playwright Mashuq Deen (New Dramatists Fellow 2022) brings the story of his own transgender journey as a member of a traditional South Asian family and Playwright Catherine Filloux, winner of more than 40 awards for playwriting, activism and peace work, brings her latest work to the stage at New York City's first arts-advocacy festival of its kind, the International Human Rights Art Festival.

Bringing a festival of colour and Bollywood magic in a major new nationwide tour, Bring On The Bollywood brings audiences new and old together for this delightfully romantic riot of Anglo-Indian exuberance.

The Tooting Arts Club production of Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street welcomes the stars of the original London incarnation of the production, Jeremy Secomb (as Sweeney Todd), Siobhan McCarthy (as Mrs. Lovett), Duncan Smith (as Judge Turpin) and Joseph Taylor (as Tobias), reprising their performances for New York audiences.

Queens-based Calpulli Mexican Dance Company finalizes its residency with Queens Theatre with Boda Mexicana (Mexican Wedding), a production with live music and dance that tells the story of the union of two people through Mexican customs, symbols and ceremonies. Under Artistic Director, Alberto Lopez Herrera, Choreographer-in-Residence, Roberto Lara, and Music Director, George Saenz, the company of 20 dancers, guest performers, and core of musicians will take audiences on a voyage through regional and ethnic traditions guided by Calpulli's unique artistic interpretation.

Northern Broadsides are set to start off their 25th anniversary year by joining forces with the award-winning New Vic Theatre, Newcastle-under-Lyme, to stage Cyrano, a new adaptation by award-winning playwright Deborah McAndrew (the UK Theatre Award and Manchester Theatre Awards winning An August Bank Holiday Lark) of Edmond Rostand's classic romantic comedy Cyrano de Bergerac. The BBC recently welcomed Lucie Jones as one of the six artists chosen to perform the songs competing for the UK's entry into the Eurovision Song Contest.
