New York University's Program in Vocal Performance will produce KISS OF THE SPIDER WOMAN Oct. 1 through Oct. 5, 2009 at the Frederick Loewe Theatre at 35 West 4th Street. Based on the Manuel Puig novel 'El Beso de la Mujer Araña', the show features a score by John Kander, lyrics by Fred Ebb, and book by Terrence McNally.
Composer John Kander and book-writer Terrence McNally will be participating in a pre-show discussion about the creation and history of their musical Kiss of the Spider Woman. The event will take place at New York University's Frederick Loewe Theatre on Monday, October 5 at 6:30 p.m. and will be held in conjunction with that evening's 8 p.m. performance.

Artistic Director Kathy Brombacher has announced actor audition calls for Equity and non-Equity roles in all three shows of Moonlight Stage Productions' 2009 Summer Season of musicals. Actor Audition Appointments are scheduled for Monday, March 30 through Wednesday, April 1, from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. at the Avo Playhouse, 303 Main Street, Vista.
