National Sawdust, the non-profit arts institution based in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, will launch Live@NationalSawdust, a free digital platform that will release weekly videos of concerts from the past five seasons, as well as professional development programming, and will include fundraising efforts for the institution and the artists involved.

Multi-instrumentalist Koloto has released her EP IOA on March 20th via Interstellar Music Ltd. Featured on the EP is 'IOA (Part One)' which premiered via COMPLEX Magazine. The producer's debut album Mechanica was released with remixes from the likes of CloZee and Sun Glitters. Koloto has been featured on XLR8R, Indie Shuffle, Data Transmission and Stereofox with international radio play from BBC Radio 1's Huw Stephens, BBC Radio 6's Tom Robinson, ABC National and France Inter. The songstress has received over 6 million plays across streaming platforms with features of Ines, DLoaw, and Perles de Musique contributing towards that count. Her single 'Fox Tales' was released on Bad Panda Records and reached number 2 on Hype Machine while 'Life in Clay' was featured on Ryan Hemsworth's 'Secret Songs' while the music video for 'Fay' by Sabine Volkert is handpicked by Vimeo as one of their 'Staff Picks' and has since been nominated for several film festival awards. Continuing in the world of film, the artist composed the original soundtrack for Douglas Burgdorf's independent film 'Damsel'. She has previously played and toured with a succession of bands including Delta Sleep.

The music video for “The Philospher,” the new single by self-described cinematic experimental alternative project DELANILA, is out today and may be streamed and shared. The video premiered at Clash, who called it a “crisp, seismic slice of pop-edged songwriting, but one that comes complete with a black, black heart.”“The Philosopher” comes from DELANILA's upcoming debut album Overloaded, set for release on April 3 on her own label, ZYG ZYG Records.

Composer, vocalist, and producer Lisa Bielawa will curate a residency at The Stone at The New School (a performance initiative founded by John Zorn) from Tuesday, March 10, 2020 through Saturday, March 14, 2020, with performances each night at 8:30pm.

From January through May 2020, the American Contemporary Music Ensemble (ACME) presents three concerts celebrating the group's 15th anniversary, in a series called ACME: 15 Years, at the Tenri Cultural Institute (43A W. 13th St.) a?" the location of the ensemble's inaugural concert season in 2004-2005. Grammy Award-winning new music choir The Crossing, led by Donald Nally, performs the New York premiere of Michael Gordon's Travel Guide to Nicaragua with cutting-edge cellist Maya Beiser, a work co-commissioned by Carnegie Hall as part of its 125 Commissions Project.
