TexARTS Announces THE BEST LITTLE WHOREHOUSE IN TEXAS Cast and Creatives

The TexARTS Professional Series presents The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas, the spirited musical comedy that recounts the heyday and demise of the infamous "Chicken Ranch."  The musical by Larry L. King and Peter Masterson with music and lyrics by Carol Hall plays August 18 - September 3, 2017 at the Kam & James Morris Theatre in Lakeway.

A PHILOSOPHICAL PROTEST Premieres Tomorrow at Planet Connections

A Philosophical Protest, exploring to issues regarding the LGQBT community, bullying, homelessness, religion, God, depression, love, and essentially the concept of how we are all connected and asking for help is part is part of the great plan, premieres tomorrow, June 20, as part of The 2017 Planet Connection Theatre Festivity (running June 12 - July 9).

Weslie Webster directs and her cast includes Daniel W. Black and Lauren Marshall as Sanders family father and mother Burl and Vera.

Blind Tiger Presents Abe Abraham's Dance-Video Film 'Wind and Tree,' 7/27

Blind Tiger is proud to present a showing of Abe Abraham's 'Wind and Tree,' a 3-screen dance-video installation featuring 18 dancers, starring Bessie Award winning dancer Megumi Eda. The 45-minute film is set to JT Bullit's seismographic recordings of the Earth's vibrations and Morton Feldman's Triadic Memories, and is inspired by Pulitzer Prize-winning Irish poet Paul Muldoon's poem of the same name.
