IN THE HEIGHTS' Andrea Burns Leads EVER SO HUMBLE Premiere at Hangar, 7/14 - 7/23

IN THE HEIGHTS' Andrea Burns is set to star in Tim Pinckney's new comedy, EVER SO HUMBLE and The Hangar Theatre. The production will run from July 14 through 23. She will be joined in the production by Philip Hoffman and Eric T. Miller. Hangar Artistic Director Peter Flynn will helm the production.

Bailey Hanks to Reprise Elle Woods in Diablo's LEGALLY BLONDE

Bailey Hanks, who dazzled audiences as Elle Woods in 'Legally Blonde, The Musical' on Broadway will repeat the lead role in Diablo Theatre Company's production of the show next February, the company announced today.

CABARET to Open Reprise Season; Marcia Milgrom Dodge Directs and Choreographs

Reprise Theatre Company's 2011-2012 opens with the classic American musical 'Cabaret,' playing September 13 to 25 (press opening September 14, 2011) at UCLA's Freud Playhouse. The musical based on the play by John Van Druten and stories by Christopher Isherwood, with music by John Kander and lyrics by Fred Ebb; will be directed and choreographed by Marcia Milgrom Dodge.

Karen Ziemba to Lead Cape May Stage's STEEL MAGNOLIAS, 8/3-9/10

Karen Ziemba is set to lead the Cape May Stage production of Robert Harling's Steel Magnolias, which will run August 3 through September 10. Also set to star in the show are Ellen Dolan, Nicole Lowrance, Kate McCauley Hathaway, Marlena Lustik and Meredith Riley Stewart.

John Lloyd Young, Faith Prince, et al. Set for ONE NIGHT ONLY Benefit, 7/31

Tony Award winner Faith Prince and other company members from the touring cast of the hit Broadway musical BILLY ELLIOT, plus Tony winner John Lloyd Young, cabaret star Shawn Ryan and other special guest stars to be announced, will be joining together to present a one-time, one-night only benefit to raise funds for The Richmond/Ermet AIDS Foundation and Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS. This exclusive 'One Night Only Cabaret' event features cast members performing song selections of their own choice to present an original evening of upbeat, high-energy music, dance and comedy.

Kate Pazakis to Star in MAMA AND HER BOYS, 7/16

Acclaimed actor and vocalist Kate Pazakis will guest star in the hit musical revue Mama and Her Boys on July 16 at 7pm and 9:30pm. Pazakis recently appeared in the First National Tour of Lincoln Center Theatre's Tony Winning Revival of South Pacific. Her solo album 'Unzipped: Live at the Zipper' was released on PS Classics. Pazakis will be filling in for Wendy Watson.

American Theatre Wing to Honor Howard Stringer, 9/26

The American Theatre Wing (Theodore S. Chapin, Chairman, Board of Trustees; Heather Hitchens, Executive Director) has announced that its annual Gala will be held on Monday, September 26 at 6:30 PM at The Plaza Hotel (Fifth Avenue at Central Park South) and will honor Sir Howard Stringer, Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Sony Corporation and longtime American Theatre Wing Board Member.

The Trevor Project to Launch Trevor Hero Week, Inspired by Daniel Radcliffe

In celebration of Trevor Hero honoree, Daniel Radcliffe, who was recently honored by The Trevor Project as a vocal ally for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning (LGBTQ) young people in crisis, the suicide prevention organization will launch 'Trevor Hero Week' online.
