MadLab will present The Young Writers Short Play Festival, a collection of ten short plays written by eleven Columbus area high school students. MadLab is a non-profit organization that provides an artistic haven for the creation and experience of original works. Part of that effort involves giving young people the opportunity to create original works. This festival was born from that goal. MadLab sought out submissions from area high schools and chose the best plays to produce. Student playwrights will work with experienced local playwrights to help them with their plays.

One of the greatest entertainers and music legends of all time is Stevie Wonder. The #1 entertainer dedicated to faithfully performing all of Stevie's music is Gabriel Bello and his group 'Natural Wonder.' Audiences are invited to sit back, close their eyes and become totally immersed in the re-creation of a Stevie Wonder concert that is hard to beat. Gabriel Bello and 'Natrual Wonder' will be performing Stevie's greatest hits including 'Ribbon in The Sky,' 'Isn't She Lovely,' 'Higher Ground,' 'I Just Called to Say I Love You,' 'Superstition,' 'You Are the Sunshine of My Life,' and on and on. Every member of the audience will swear that they are at a concert with none other than Stevie himself on the stage of Bridgeport's Downtown Cabaret Theatre.

Now they honor Chris, the Actor, Director, Improviser Rock star, Teacher, and Friend, the only way they know how. And that's by putting on a show, 'Today's the Day: A Tribute to Chris Lane'.
