Acclaimed singer-songwriter Rachael Yamagata, 'the troubadour of heartbreak', will launch a tour in support of her latest EP, Heavyweight. Digitally released in November of 2012, the Heavyweight EP is now available in stores. Yamagata's set on the Dealbreaker Heart Tour will be stripped down and intimate, and will showcase her stunning songwriting and the raw emotional power of her songs. Yamagata recently returned from a successful string of SOLD OUT shows in Southeast Asia, with stops in Seoul, Korea, Bangkok, Thailand and Singapore, Singapore.

The show will now run through June 29 at The Duplex in the West Village. Since "PATTI ISSUES" opened in August, it has become a must-see show on the downtown theater scene, garnering great word-of-mouth from attendees such as Alan Cumming, Michael Kors, Justin Vivian Bond, Tonya Pinkins, Perez Hilton and Ms. LuPone herself ("I was moved," she said. Transport Group, the Drama Desk and OBIE award-winning theatre company, has announced that the New York premiere of a new musical, The Memory Show, book and lyrics by Sara Cooper; music by Zach Redler; directed by Joe Calarco, will begin performances Tuesday, April 16, at 7pm at The Duke on 42nd Street, a New 42nd Street project, at 229 West 42nd Street. The Memory Show features Catherine Cox and Leslie Kritzer. Opening night is scheduled for Tuesday, April 30 at 7pm.
