Se trata de una oportunidad única para ver este clásico, que ahora cumple 45 años, en pantalla grande y con la mejor calidad de imagen y sonido. Será un pase único que tendrá lugar en Madrid, de forma simultánea en dos salas del Cine Proyecciones, a las 20:30 horas. La recaudación íntegra que se haga en taquilla irá destinada a la Fundación Vistare, más concretamente a la Casa de Acogida Claudio Martínez Girls Home, en Katmandú, Nepal.

El próximo 17 de noviembre saldrá a la venta en DVD y Blu-ray la película Sonrisas y Lágrimas. Además, como exclusiva por su 45 aniversario, se podrá obtener el DVD con Copia Digital y su banda sonora.
