Olympia Entertainment (OEI) and Palace Sports & Entertainment (PS&E) today officially launched 313 PRESENTS, a joint venture combining each organization's entertainment businesses into a single company that will manage concerts and other entertainment events at six venues throughout Metro Detroit.
