Broadway's most talked about new musical and the biggest Tony Award®-winner in years is coming to the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts of Miami-Dade County. Spring Awakening, the 8-time Tony Award® winning Broadway musical, will open on May 11, 2010 at the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts of Miami-Dade County and play for eight performances through May 16th. Spring Awakening is presented by the Adrienne Arsht Center and Broadway Across America-Miami.

AMERICAN IDIOT began performances at the ST. James Theatre on March 24, 2010 and open on Broadway on April 20, 2010. A CHORUS LINE will play its final performance on February 14 at the VBC Concert Hall.

Young Frankenstein, currently on tour and playing at the Orpheum Theatre in Minneapolis, is a Mel Brooks musical-and no amount of criticism, praise, or exhaustive explanation could sum it up better than that one statement. With book, lyrics, and music by Brooks, and based on his 1974 movie of the same name, this show radiates his style and sense of humor. For those who appreciate his blend of slapstick, raunchy humor, and physical comedy, this show is an excellent choice for an evening of fun entertainment.
