The Radio City Rockettes star in the new summer show at the Radio City Music Hall, 'New York Spectacular,' but don't expect the traditional razor precision ensemble work that you may be accustomed to seeing. This new show has the personalized stamp of popular So You Think You Can Dance choreographer Mia Michaels, who is also credited as the director. Fans of Michaels' signature contemporary dance style will find a lot to like in this production: from the Rockettes gesticulating and grooving to her edgy vibe, to the wildly talented male ensemble that turn, jump, and twitch out to her stylized dance vocabulary.

New York Spectacular Starring the Radio City Rockettes, presented by Chase, began performances on June 15 at Radio City Music Hall. The limited eight-week engagement continues through August 7, 2016. A Drama Desk award-winner is recruited to conjure up a New York adventure fit for audiences at Radio City.

Debuting on the unfortunate anniversary of the Columbine shooting, Filmmaker, Sean Patrick Fahey has collaborated with emerging alt-country Singer/Songwriter Keith Carrington, on a VR music video for his soon to be released single 'When Will It End.'

The Madison Square Garden Company (MSG) announced today that three-time Emmy Award-winner Mia Michaels will serve as director and choreographer of the New York Spectacular Starring The Radio City Rockettes, presented by Chase. Michaels will be joined by Drama Desk Award-winner Douglas Carter Beane as the show's writer, Alain Lortie as lighting designer, and multi-media and entertainment studio, Moment Factory, as video designer. Returning from 2015's successful inaugural production of the then called New York Spring Spectacular are set designer Patrick Fahey and costume designer Emilio Sosa, and from the Radio City Christmas Spectacular, sound designer Steve Canyon Kennedy.

The Rockettes celebrate 85 years of high kicks with the charming and colorful RADIO CITY CHRISTMAS SPECTACULAR. It's an evening filled with holiday spirit and it's fit for the entire family. This yuletide extravaganza is currently playing the Peabody Opera House through November 17, 2012.
