Setting Broadway speed records, The producers of the newly imagined production of ON A CLEAR DAY YOU CAN SEE FOREVER starring Grammy and Emmy Award winner, Tony Award nominee and multi-platinum recording artist Harry Connick Jr announce the show will play its final performance on Sunday, January 29, 2012 at The St. James Theatre. Immediately, the producers of LEAP OF FAITH, the new musical based on the motion picture "Leap of Faith," produced by Paramount Pictures Corporation and written by Janus Cercone, have announced announce that the Broadway production will begin previews on Tuesday, April 3 and will open in late April (date to be announced) at the St. James Theatre (246 West 44th Street).

In advance of the Broadway transfer of Ghost The Musical, Richard Fleeshman and Caissie Levy handed over the leading roles of Sam Wheat and Molly Jensen as they are headed for Broadway. Mark Evans (Welsh TV star and last on stage in the West End as Fiyero in Wicked) and Siobhan Dillon (finalist in Andrew Lloyd Webber's first reality TV show How Do You Solve a Problem Like Maria? and most recently on stage in the West End in Legally Blonde The Musical) will take on the West End roles on Friday January 13th. In the video below, the Broadway-bound duo says goodbye to the West End production as they travel to the Great White Way!

In advance of the Broadway transfer of Ghost The Musical, this morning Richard Fleeshman and Caissie Levy handed over the leading roles of Sam Wheat and Molly Jensen as they are headed for Broadway. Mark Evans (Welsh TV star and last on stage in the West End as Fiyero in Wicked) and Siobhan Dillon (finalist in Andrew Lloyd Webber's first reality TV show How Do You Solve a Problem Like Maria? and most recently on stage in the West End in Legally Blonde The Musical) will take on the West End roles on Friday January 13th. They were joined at London's Picadilly Theatre today by Sharon D. Clarke and Andrew Langtree (West End) and Da'Vine Joy Randolph and Bryce Pinkham (Broadway) who play Oda Mae Brown and Carl Bruner. On Thursday, January 19th, Ghost the Musical will host The Ghost Light Sessions Live, a special sneak peek presentation at the historic Lunt-Fontanne Theatre. We will snuff out the ghost light, which is traditionally left on stage when the theatre is empty to ward off the ghosts of past productions, and welcome this extraordinary new musical to Broadway.

The producers of LEAP OF FAITH, the new musical based on the Paramount Pictures film, have just announced new members of the creative team for the production that will have its Broadway debut in the fall of 2012 at a theatre to be announced. With music by Academy and Grammy Award-winner Alan Menken and lyrics by Glenn Slater, LEAP OF FAITH will star 4-time Tony Award nominee Raúl Esparza as conman Jonas Nightingale.

The world premiere of Bernhardt on Broadway, a one-woman musical about Sarah Bernhardt, will take place at Maxim's: The Nancy Goldberg International Center in Chicago's Gold Coast. Bernhardt was arguably the most famous actress who ever lived. Set in the 1890s at the height of her career, the show is the story of the world's first superstar, the daughter of a Jewish courtesan who overcame countless obstacles, formed her own theater company, and traveled the globe performing (in French only) to sold out crowds.
