The latest adventure for the 'Extreme Makeover: Home Edition' team finds them helping a deserving family from Cocoa, Florida who fly to disasters all over the world bringing water purifiers, medical supplies and food to those in need. On Friday, January 7, international relief workers Joe and Cindy Hurston, along with their children -- Juliet, 16, Peter, 12 and four-year old Dieunika -- learned they would be the latest recipients of a home makeover.
The 'Extreme Makeover: Home Edition' team went in for the ultimate takedown when they paid a visit to the Lampe family in Louisville, Kentucky. The Lampe family business, a once self-sustained tree service, has been hit hard by a series of injuries that forced the family to slow their pace and turn away work. Rough terrains and deadly heights are just part of the physical dangers that face Jeff Lampe daily. Despite the persistent pain and the lack of health insurance, Jeff powers through each day in an effort to keep the family afloat. The proud father of six and his wife, Shelley, have not allowed their circumstances to get them down. The Lampes continue to serve their community by affording local teens the opportunity to learn more about wrestling.

Joining the series will be Jillian Harris, a successful designer for restaurants, residences, furniture and fashion who previously was featured as 'The Bachelorette' in that series' Season 5; Xzibit, a tireless performer in music, film and television; and Leigh Anne Tuohy, also a successful interior decorator, best known for being portrayed by Sandra Bullock in this year's Oscar-winning 'The Blind Side.'
