La Compañía Nacional de Ópera (CON) del Instituto Nacional de Bellas Artes y Literatura (INBAL) se reencontrará con su público con un programa integrado por obras de tres grandes compositores y protagonistas de la creación lírica italiana: Giacomo Puccini, Ottorino Respighi y Giuseppe Verdi, el domingo 4 de julio a las 17:00 horas en la Sala Principal del Palacio de Bellas Artes. 

Fue creada en 1925 por la Municipalidad de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires -junto al Coro y el Ballet estables- ante la necesidad de contar con una agrupación instrumental propia del Teatro Colón, que tuviera como misión esencial la interpretación musical de las óperas y ballets de la temporada y la realización de conciertos.

The Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra (CSO) and Cincinnati Pops today announced a new initiative, The Fanfare Project, borne of the Orchestra's heritage as a champion of the music of its time and of the role of music to unite us in uncertain times. The inspiration for the initiative is Aaron Copland's Fanfare for the Common Man, commissioned by CSO Music Director Eugene Goossens in 1942 in support of Allied efforts and as a testament to the American spirit during World War II. The Orchestra gave the world premiere on March 12, 1943. 

WRTI 90.1 is broadcasting four concerts by the talented young musicians of the Philadelphia Youth Orchestra (PYO) during the month of May in 2020. Park Avenue Armory will embark on the eighth year of its Recital Series, a series of intimate chamber music performances in the austerely elegant Board of Officers, intended to continue the salon tradition of chamber music performances.
