Broadway In Chicago has announced that a WICKED day-of-show drawing for a limited number of seats will take place inside Block 37.

The WICKED Tour will welcome Mary Kate Morrissey as Elphaba, beginning Tuesday, September 26th at the Aronoff Center in Cincinnati, OH.

The Wicked tour will welcome Jon Robert Hall as Fiyero and welcome back Catherine Charlebois as Nessarose, beginning Tuesday, August 22nd at Philadelphia's Academy of Music.

Broadway In Chicago's Summer Concert on Monday drew probably the largest crowd for the event I have seen in several years of attendance (and they were definitely a fired-up bunch). Musical theater fans across Chicago clamored to see Broadway In Chicago's showcase of ten upcoming touring shows (with a bonus appearance from HAMILTON's Chris De'Sean Lee, who co-hosted with usual emcee Janet Davies of ABC7). "The One Legged Song and Dance Man is Back! After a sold out show back in February, Evan Ruggiero will return to 54 Below on August 14. Joining him for this night of music will be Broadway Veteran Jackie Burns (If/Then, Wicked, Hair), Olivia Polci (Foolerie, 54 Below Solo Show, Bergen PAC Soloist), and Kyle Wilder (Black Out w/ Savion Glover, New Jersey Tap Ensemble, JUBA Masters of Tap and Percussive Dance). Evan's band feature's long standing members Ray Carega, Justin Garcia, and Brendan Daily, and introducing Will Dougherty, Joe Gullace, Frank Scillieri, and Rich Cush. Not only will Evan sing his favorite rock and musical theatre songs, but he will be debuting some of his own songs from his new original musical he has been working on called "My Champagne Year."
