For their first episode of 2014, The Ensemblist interviewed previous guests about their most memorable audition experiences. The result is a hilarious, heartwarming episode featuring interviews with Broadway actors Candi Boyd, Lisa Gajda, Asmeret Ghebremichael, Reed Kelly, Denis Lambert, Ellyn Marie Marsh, Geoff Packard, Jennifer Sanchez, Michaeljon Slinger, Sarrah Strimel and Jason Michael Snow, who also guest hosts the episode with Lanzarone.

For their final episode of 2013, The Ensemblist put out a call through social media for listeners to submit their own questions. Fans submitted questions through Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and at theensemblist.com. The result is this supersized, action-packed episode featuring interviews with Broadway actors Lauren Molina, Shina Ann Morris, Chelsea Packard, Andy Richardson, Nic Rouleau, Alena Watters and Ryan Worsing.

The 20-minute episode features interviews with Broadway actors Asmeret Ghebremichael, Brian O'Brien and Gerard Salvador about what it's like to celebrate the holidays on Broadway: their crazy schedules at the theatre, and how they find ways to still celebrate with both their co-workers backstage and their families at home.
