Mo Brady and Nikka Graff Lanzarone announce the release of The Ensemblist's 12th episode: "Holidays on Broadway."

The 20-minute episode features interviews with Broadway actors Asmeret Ghebremichael, Brian O'Brien and Gerard Salvador about what it's like to celebrate the holidays on Broadway: their crazy schedules at the theatre, and how they find ways to still celebrate with both their co-workers backstage and their families at home.

Asmeret Ghebremichael has performed on Broadway in The Book of Mormon, Elf, Legally Blonde, Spamalot, Wicked and Footloose. On the "Holidays on Broadway" episode, she describes her experience of performing in the famous Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, which she did for Spamalot, Legally Blonde and Elf.

Brian O'Brien made his Broadway debut in the company of Steel Pier, and has since performed on the Great White Way in Beauty and the Beast, Annie Get Your Gun, The Pirate Queen, Promises, Promises and, now, Chicago. He describes his experience recording the very first "Carols for a Cure" album for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS, and how the experience has changed over the last 15 years.

Having spent over a decade in the cast of Mamma Mia!, Gerard Salvador shared with The Ensemblist some of the show's unique backstage traditions, including their famous door decorating contest, with it's rotating array of celebrity judges.
