Mo Brady and Nikka Graff Lanzarone announce the release of The Ensemblist's 19th episode: "Broadway Debuts."

In this action-packed episode, eight previous guests of The Ensemblist tell all about their Broadway debuts, with additional stories from co-hosts Brady and Lanzarone. From the excitement of getting the job, to the nerve-wracking put-in rehearsal the day of your first performance to the thrill of an opening night, there is no "norm" for making your Broadway debut. Past guests Donna Marie Asbury, Jen Cody, Stephanie Klemons, Eddie Korbich, Nina Lafarga, Nathan Peck, Ryan Steele, and Samantha Sturm share hilarious and heartwarming stories of their first nights on the Great White Way, all with one common thread: it is a joy and an honor to join the Broadway community.

Lafarga (Aida) and Steele (West Side Story) describe the nerves and excitement of jumping into the Broadway world from their dance careers, without the experience of regional and touring productions that many actors have before making their Broadway debuts. Asbury regales us with memories of her first Broadway experience in Gypsy at age eleven, and Korbich shares a hilarious story about his unofficial first time on a Broadway stage during Singin' In the Rain.

The podcast's hosts also get in on the action, sharing the stories of their own debuts. Brady shares a story from his first night onstage in The Addams Family that his friends who were in the audience will never let him live down. Lanzarone reflects on the excitement of debuting as an original cast member in Women on the Verge...
