The Public Theater announced a second extension for the critically acclaimed FATHER COMES HOME FROM THE WARS (PARTS 1, 2 & 3), a world premiere play written by Public Theater Master Writer Chair Suzan-Lori Parks. Directed by Jo Bonney, FATHER COMES HOME FROM THE WARS (PARTS 1, 2 & 3) will now run through Sunday, December 7. It was originally scheduled to close on November 16 and extended the first time through November 30.

Manhattan Musical Theatre Lab announces it second presentation for 2014-25 : The brand new musical comedy SUPER HERO on Thursday, November 20th at 6:30pm at The Snapple Theatre Center, 210West 50th, 4th Floor, just west of Broadway.

Jordan Dean (Mamma Mia! CSC's Midsummer), Jeff Hayenga (The Man Who Came to Dinner, The Elephant Man), Mark Junek ('Smash', Berkeley Rep's Vanya and Sonia and Masha and Spike) and Elizabeth Morton (Death of a Salesman) will lead an industry reading of Locust Song, a new play by Jerry Marsini on November 17th at 7 pm and on November 18th at 12:30pm at the WorkShop Theater Company's Main Stage, 312 W 36th Street. Drama Desk Nominee, Tony Speciale, who recently directed the Barry Manilow musical Harmony (2014 Suzi Bass Award winner Outstanding Director of a Musical & Outstanding Production of a Musical), will direct the Manhattan reading.

The One-Minute Play Festival (#1MPF) and INTAR continue their acclaimed partnership with The 3rd Annual One-Minute Play Festival, with part of the proceeds to benefit UNIT 52, INTAR's training program for emerging artists.

AggraNomic Productions, D&ME Productions LLC and Brenda Davidson have announced and all new production of The Santaland Diaries by David Sedaris. Starring Matt Crabtree and directed by Deidra Edwards. Santaland begins performances on Thursday, December 4 at 8pm and opening is set for Friday, December 5 at 8pm at the Working Stage Theater in Los Angeles.

After 12 years in New York and Philadelphia, Green Light Productions has relocated to Los Angeles. Green Light is dedicated to producing and developing new plays by women. For Green Light's first west coast production -- GLO (Green Light One-Acts), the company accepted submissions from only Los Angeles-based women playwrights. The response was overwhelming and after a careful selection process, Green Light selected four plays that are not only incredibly well-written but also funny, powerful, sharp and entertaining. The award-winning companies VS. Theatre and Firefly Theater & Films are co-producing the West Coast Premiere of a newly revised version of Itamar Moses' COMPLETENESS. The production will be directed by Philadelphia's multi-Barrymore Award-nominee and F. Otto Haas Award-winning director Matt Pfeiffer and will feature Steven Klein, Emily Swallow, Nicole Erb and Rob Nagle. It will now run an additional two weeks through Sunday, November 30.

The critically acclaimed one woman play Dirty Paki Lingerie directed by Erica Gould comes to London after sold out shows at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, Toronto, NYC, Pakistan, and Turkmenistan.
