 Today, Scream Nation announced the “Back 2 School” Fest 2015 will make a stop at Joe Louis Arena on Friday, September 25 at 7 p.m. Produced by Scream Nation, in association with Live Nation, the touring Fest will be headlined by one of the hottest young “ENERGETIC” hip-hop superstars today, Rich Homie Quan.  Quan will be joined by radio hit maker K.
