Christian Charisiou and More to Lead Australian Premiere Of CRY-BABY

Producer LPD in association with Hayes Theatre Co today announced several of the cast members of their cast for the upcoming Australian Premiere of the rockabilly musical, Cry-Baby. Playing at Hayes Theatre Co from 20 July, Cry-Baby is based on the 1990 cult-classic John Waters film of the same name, which starred Johnny Depp.

Hayes Theatre Co Presents BIG RIVER

Neglected Musicals in association with Hayes Theatre Co will present BIG RIVER at Hayes Theatre Co from Wednesday 18 April for six presentations only. Directed by Ellen Simpson, this musical is based on Mark Twain's classic 1884 novel, Adventures of Huckleberry Finn, the musical features music in the bluegrass and country styles in keeping with the setting of the novel.

IN THE HEIGHTS Extends in Sydney

With the first two weeks already sold out, award winning production company Blue Saint Productions has announced an additional week of performances for the upcoming season of In The Heights. The Sydney season of the Tony Award winning musical at the Hayes Theatre Co has now been extended until April 15 with an additional matinee now added on Wednesday 28 March. Conceived by Lin-Manuel Miranda, the composer behind the Hamilton phenomenon, this brand new, authentic production is running from 16 March 2018 and tickets are selling extremely quickly.

Neglected Musicals Announces ME & MY GIRL

Neglected Musicals will present ME & MY GIRL at Hayes Theatre Co from Wednesday 25 October. Directed by Trevor Ashley, this West End and Broadway hit of the 1980's will be the first time the musical has been performed in Australia for over 20 years Winner of two Olivier Wards and three Tony's, ME & MY GIRL is set the late 1930s and tells the story of an unapologetically unrefined cockney gentleman named Bill Snibson, who learns that he is the 14th heir to the Earl of Hareford. Featuring the popular musical numbers Lambeth Walk, Leaning on Lamppost and Me & My Girl.

Full Cast Announced for HIGH FIDELITY

Neil Gooding Productions (Sweet Charity, Dogfight) and Highway Run Productions (Rent) are thrilled to announce the full cast of HIGH FIDELITY. Playing at Hayes Theatre Co from 18 November, High Fidelity is based on the novel by Nick Hornby and the Touchstone Pictures Film.

Neglected Musicals will present MAME at Hayes Theatre Co from Wednesday 5 July.  Directed by Richard Carroll, this 1966 Broadway hit will be the first time the musical has been performed on a professional stage since 1968.
