Recognized by national media as one of the 'top 5 reasons to visit Seattle,' Bumbershoot today announced the official lineup for its 46th annual festival at the Seattle Center over Labor Day weekend, Friday Sept. 2 through Sunday Sept. 4. Headliners include Seattle natives and hip hop duo Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, alternative rock band Death Cab for Cutie, and critically acclaimed Norwegian producer KYGO, among others.

Now in its second month of performances, HAMILTON has attracted what seems like every entertainment industry celebrity from Sara Bareilles to Daniel Craig. The latest to be added to the list of 'Hamiltonians,' Jerry Seinfeld, Billy Crystal, Bridget Everett, and Morgan Murphy stopped by the Sunday matinee. This event brings a three-day, multi-venue comedy showcase to the historic town of Lahaina on the island of Maui. Applications for The 4th Annual Women in Comedy Festival are now open to all comedians (men and women) in the realms of stand-up, improv, storytelling, musical comedy and workshops . In past years the festival has hosted a total of nearly 500 artists from all over the US, including Rachel Dratch, Maria Bamford, Kristin Schaal, Edie McClurg, Jen Kirkman, Jackie Kashian, Morgan Murphy, and many more.
