Morgan James covers Paramore's 'Ain't It Fun'!

Tom Wojtunik and Justin Fischer have joined the creative time of '45 at 54' presented by the York Theatre Company (James Morgan, Producing Artistic Director; Andrew Levine, Executive Director) in celebration of its milestone 45th anniversary season. The first of two planned concerts is presented in association with 54 BELOW, Broadway's Supper Club, and Broadway producer/York Board Member Jim Kierstead. The evening will feature a stellar cast and some very special guests.

The York Theatre Company, dedicated to the development of new musicals and preserving neglected shows from the past, has announced complete casting for the season opener of the Fall 2014 Musicals in Mufti Series: Big, with book by John Weidman, lyrics by Richard Maltby, Jr. and music by David Shire. This presentation of Big marks the New York premiere of the script and score created by the authors for the show's national tour-a significantly revised version of the show with eight new Maltby and Shire songs, yet to be recorded.

The York Theatre Company, dedicated to the development of new musicals and preserving musical gems from the past, partners with producers Amy Engelhardt and Heather Shields to present a new game show for musical theater lovers called Tune in Time, hosted by Emily McNamara, music direction by Nate Buccieri, with Sheila Head as the annoyingly insistent timekeeper. Performances are set for Tuesday evenings October 14, 2014, October 28, 2014, November 11, 2014 and December 2, 2014 at The York Theatre Company's home at Saint Peters (Citicorp Building, entrance on East 54th Street, just east of Lexington Avenue). All performances begin at 7:30 p.m.

Four performances only, Friday, September 26, 2014 through Sunday, September 28, 2014 at The York Theatre Company's home at Saint Peters (Citicorp Building, entrance on East 54th Street, just east of Lexington Avenue).

The York Theatre Company (James Morgan, Producing Artistic Director; Andrew Levine, Executive Director), and its acclaimed Developmental Reading Series, present the New York premiere of the new musical, Paris Through the Window, with book & lyrics by Charles Osborne and music by Leo Hurley; and with book, lyrics and music by Ryan Scott Oliver for two performances only on September 9 at 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. at The York Theatre Company at Saint Peter's (Entrance on East 54th Street, just east of Lexington Avenue). The readings are open to the public with a suggested donation of $5.00.
