Former Weekend Update anchor Amy Poehler will receive the 2013 Just for Laughs Comedy Person of the Year Award. The event, hosted by fellow SNL alum Seth Meyers will take place on July 24th.

According to Showbiz411, ARRESTED DEVELOPMENT creator Mitch Hurwitz and Netflix chief Ted Sarandos have confirmed that more episodes of the hit series are on the way.

Variety reports that Netflix CEO Reed Hastings would consider buying additional seasons of the recently revived series Arrested Development if cast members were game to continue on with the comedy.
