ALL DAY SUCKERS Plays 14th Annual Fringe Fest 8/13-29

New Feet Productions and Adam Blanshay, in association with The Present Company, present the World Premiere of the dark political comedy ALL DAY SUCKERS by playwright/author Susan Dworkin (THE NAZI OFFICER'S WIFE, THE VIKING IN THE WHEAT FIELD), directed by Jessica Bauman (MILK, INTO THE HAZARD (HENRY 5)) - as part of the 14th Annual New York International Fringe Festival with five performances only, between August 13-29 at the Robert Moss Theatre at 440 Studios (440 Lafayette Street, 3rd Floor) in Manhattan.

WUTHERING HEIGHTS, A ROMANTIC MUSICAL Plays The Mint Theatre 6/11-27

Emily Bronte's gothic novel, 'Wuthering Heights,' adapted to a romantic musical by Paul Dick, will be presented June 11 to 27, 2010 by Passajj Productions at The Mint Theatre, 311 West 43rd Street, Manhattan, directed by Matt Gutschick. The show, titled 'Wuthering Heights, a Romantic Musical,' is a signature piece, of sorts, for author/composer Paul Dick, who has penned over 15 Off-off Broadway tuners between the 60's and now.

The Pittsburg Irish and Catholic Theatre presents Shakepeare's tragedy Othello at The Henry Heymann Theatre in the Stephen Foster Memorial, 4301 Forbes Ave, May 19 - June 12. Performance time is 8pm with a 2pm matinee. Ticket prices are $46 on Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday matinees. Saturday night prices are $50. On May 17, 2010 Versatile Broadway performer John Bolton, Tony award-winning actor Jim Dale, renown musical conductor Aaron Gandy and Tony Walton, Jennifer Evans, Kevin Cahoon, Jessica Grove, Noah Racey and Annika Boras partook in The Theatre Museum's 2010 Awards Ceremony. The Awards Gala, which took place at the New York Players Club, was directed by Tony Walton. Aaron Gandy served as Musical Director.

Players Club Honors Sherman Brothers, Samuel French Inc, & Mint Theater 5/17

The Players Club has announced that legendary sibling composers Robert and Richard Sherman will receive the Theatre Museum's Career Achievement Award on May 17. Also set to receive awards are Samuel French Inc. and the Mint Theatre, each being rewarded the Theatre Museum Arts Education Award and the Theatre History Preservation Award, respectively.
