BWW TV: Leslie Kritzer Previews NYMF's LETTER TO HARVEY MILK

A LETTER TO HARVEY MILK, a new musical which was a finalist in this year's prestigious Richard Rodgers Awards for Musical Theater, is one of 10 musical plays being presented by the 2012 New York Musical Theatre Festival Next Link Project (NYMF), which starts on July 9th. The musical is based on the short story, 'A Letter To Harvey Milk' by Lesléa Newman. Today, the New York Musical Theatre Festival hosted a press preview day, sampling its offerings this year, and on hand to preview MILK was the show's star, Leslie Kritzer (Sondheim on Sondheim, A Catered Affair Legally Blonde). Shana Farr and Vincent Ricciardi Return to Enrico Caruso Room Tonight, 6/26

Soprano Shana Farr and tenor Vincent Ricciardi, who performed on the Opening Night of the Enrico Caruso Room at Grotta Azzurra in late April, will be doing an encore performance in the new venue tonight, June 26, at 8 PM. Dinner will be available starting at 7 PM. There is a $20 cover charge and no minimum. Reservations are suggested by calling Grotta Azzurra at 212-925-8775.
