SPANK! The Fifty Shades Parody will take place at The Bushnell Center for the Performing Arts on October 25-27. All performances are at 7:30 p.m. Tickets ($35.00/$45.00) are on sale now and can be purchased at bushnell.org, (860) 987-5900 or at The Bushnell Box Office. The show is produced by Mills Entertainment.

CONNED, a new show featuring the world's most famous con artists, will perform for a two week engagement starting Thursday, January 17 through Sunday, January 27 on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights at Detroit's City Theatre; located inside Hockeytown Cafe at 2301 Woodward Avenue. CONNED is part of the Fifth Third Bank Fox Theatre Series.

On Tuesday, March 27th, Rosie's Theater Kids held an event called 'Passing It On,' where the Kids performed a show which they learned in tandem with mega mentors like Audra McDonald, BD Wong, Brandon Victor Dixon, Dana Moore, and Derick K Grant, among others. For the eighth year, the State Theatre presents the comics, 'Nobodies of Comedy' on Friday, May 7th at 8 PM. April Macie, Buddy Fitzpatrick, Craig Carmean, Jamie Lissow and Helen Hong are all scheduled to appear. These rising stars have been seen on 'The Tonight Show' and Comedy Central. The show is produced by Michael Mills Entertainment, which is also responsible for producing Drew Carey's Improv All Stars, Comedy Central Live and the Last Comic Standing Live. On Monday, November 7 a concert was held to benefit Only Make Believe, the charity that brings musical theatre to ill children, at the Millennium Hotel's Hudson Theatre.
