The Garry Marshall Theatre launches Movies at the Marshall with the namesake's directorial debut comedy, Young Doctors in Love on Monday, October 9 at 7:30pm followed by a Q&A with stars of the film Broadway/Film/TV actor Michael McKean (Better Call Saul, This is Spinal Tap, Laverne & Shirley and Broadway's The Little Foxes & All The Way) and screenwriter/comedian Rick Overton (Veep, Groundhog Day).

Jon Hamm has SIGNED on to Amazon and the BBc's adaptation of Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaiman novel GOOD OMEN. The MAD MEN actor will portray archangel Gabriel, the primary messenger of God, in the upcoming six-part series. Production is currently underway.

Following news that two major sponsors, Delta Air Lines and Bank of America, had pulled financial support for The Public Theater in response to their Donald Trump-Themed Shakespeare in the Park production of JULIUS CAESAR, the show opened last night at the Delacorte Theater. Gloucester Stage Company kicks off its 38th season of professional theater on Cape Ann with the New England Premiere of John Kolvenbach's Bank Job from May 19 through June 10 at 267 East Main Street, Gloucester, MA. For two brothers, Russell and Tracey, new to the armed robbery industry, what seems like easy money turns out to be a lot more difficult than it looks in the movies in John Kolvenbach's hilarious Bank Job. When heist plans A and B (and C through F) fail, the brothers find themselves locked in the executive bathroom with no way out and no choice but to depend on a brave bank teller, a guileless cop, and the man in the shadows who put them up to the whole thing. A fun comedy, Bank Job is about the holes we dig ourselves into-and the unexpected comrades we trust to dig us out. The Signature Theatre's Annual Gala was held just last night at The Pershing Square Signature Center (located at 480 West 42nd Street between 9th & 10th Avenues). The event, hosted by Signature Board Chair Edward Norton, celebrated Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright Suzan-Lori Parks, Signature's 2016-17 Residency One Playwright, and honor the steadfast support of Signature's official airline, Delta Air Lines.
