From stage to screen, Broadway will be represented on TV for the week of April 15, 2019!

In Broadway by Design, BroadwayWorld is shining a spotlight on the stellar designs of this Broadway season, show by show. Today, we continue the series with Christine Jones & Brett Banakis and Bob Mackie, who acted as scenic and costume designers for the Broadway musical we all believe in, The Cher Show.

Host of The View, Whoopi Goldberg, attended a performance of The Cher Show on Wednesday, April 10th then took a trip backstage to meet cast members including Stephanie J. Block, Teal Wicks, Micaela Diamond and Jarrod Spector. Check out the photos below!

'The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon' is ready to turn back time with a special, first-time Broadway takeover telecast dedicated to all things Cher, one of the pop culture icons of our generation and the only artist ever to have a #1 single on a Billboard chart for six consecutive decades (1960's-2010's).

Rodgers & Hammerstein's Oklahoma! opened last night, April 7, at Broadway's Circle in the Square Theatre. It will play a limited engagement through Sunday, September 1, 2019.

On Wednesday, April 3rd Secretary Hillary Clinton attended the evening performance of The Cher Show. Lin-Manuel Miranda attended the show the following evening on Thursday, April 4th. Both went backstage after the show to meet the cast including stars Stephanie J. Block, Teal Wicks, Micaela Diamond and Jarrod Spector.

The original cast album to the Broadway hit The Cher Show will be released digitally on Friday, April 12th on Warner Bros. Records with the physical CD album release on Friday, May 10th and pre-order available today. Fans who pre-order the album will receive "If I Could Turn Back Time" instantly. The bio-musical, which opened on December 3rd at the Neil Simon Theatre in New York, is a celebration of the one and only Cher and her amazing six decade career and life story.

Today, Micaela Diamond, one third of the Chers of The Cher Show, dropped by CitiField to perform the National Anthem for the New York Mets. Check out her rendition below!

Tonight, the company of The Cher Show got a special visit from former presidential candidate Hillary Clinton. Making her regular Broadway rounds, Hill made time to drop backstage for a visit with the show's stars Stephanie J. Block, Teal Wicks, and Micaela Diamond.
