According to Chris Jones, Chicago Tribune critic, the Goodman Theatre's revival of The Iceman Cometh may be coming to Broadway next year

Tazewell Thompson's world premiere drama Mary T. & Lizzy K. throws open the doors to the Lincoln White House at Arena Stage at the Mead Center for American Theater. As one woman's skilled hands work overtime, creating the most beautiful garments of her career, the other's reality continues to slip ever further from her grasp. Virginia Opera, The Official Opera Company of the Commonwealth of Virginia, announces its 2013-14 Season that features four, brand-new mainstage productions and two Special Engagement productions that span comedy, drama, farce and grand opera. The Company's 39th Subscription Season will open with Falstaff in September, followed by The Magic Flutein November, Ariadne auf Naxos in February, and Carmen in March. Special Engagements next season will include performances of The Girl of the Golden West in January and Sweeney Todd in May.

Artistic Director Robert Falls' major revival of Eugene O'Neill's nearly five-hour, 18-character epic broke box office records and played to 100% of capacity at the Goodman-officially concluding its 50-performance extended run as the most successful show in the Goodman's 87-year history.

Due to high demand for tickets, Goodman Theatre extends Robert Falls' major revival of The Iceman Cometh with six additional performances through June 17. O'Neill's monumental drama is led by Tony Award-winners Nathan Lane and Brian Dennehy. Rehearsal are now underway for Robert Falls' revival of Eugene O'Neill's The Iceman Cometh at Goodman Theatre, and there is a last-minute cast change, according to the Chicago Tribune. Kate Arrington will replace Jennifer Engstrom as Cora.

Artistic Director Robert Falls just announced the cast for his major revival of Eugene O'Neill's The Iceman Cometh at Goodman Theatre running April 21 - June 10, 2012 in the Goodman's Albert Theatre. As previously announced, Falls' production features Tony Award-winning stage and screen stars Nathan Lane as Theodore "Hickey" Hickman, and Brian Dennehy as Larry Slade.
