Chris Young Announces His 'Raised On Country Tour 2019'

After launching his first arena headlining tour last year, multi-platinum entertainer Chris Young is excited to announce the “Raised On Country Tour 2019.” Sharing the same name as his “funky, rollicking, lively” (Music Row) new single, which name-checks his predecessors and country music icons Merle Haggard, Willie Nelson, Joe Diffie, George Strait, Alan Jackson and Hank Williams Jr., Chris Young's “Raised On Country Tour 2019” will kick-off May 16 in Alpharetta, Georgia. The first leg of the tour will include over 25 shows from coast-to-coast through September. Markets include Charlotte, Boston, Philadelphia, Dallas, Las Vegas, Indianapolis, St. Louis, Phoenix, San Diego and more. He'll be joined by special guest Chris Janson as direct support along with Dylan Scott, LOCASH and Jimmie Allen.

Tim Bluhm To Release SORTA SURVIVING On 3/29

Tim Bluhm is set to release his new full-length solo album, Sorta Surviving, on March 29, 2019. A gentle departure from his usual California-Soul sound of the Mother Hips, Sorta Surviving finds Bluhm living out his classic country musical dreams. Produced by Widespread Panic's Dave Schools and anchored by all-star band members Jesse Aycock (guitar, vocals) and Jason Crosby (piano, violin, organ), and Nashville session legends Gene Chrisman (drums) and David Roe (bass), Bluhm's new album was recorded at Cash Cabin Studios in Hendersonville, TN. “Recording in that space with those guys was like a dream come true for me,” says Bluhm. “The depth of knowledge they walk around with in their heads is amazing, and you know you can trust the musical choices they're making.” Today, Jambase premiered the video for “Where I Parked My Mind”, an up to date representation of a night on the town and its repercussions. Director Tim Duggan tells Jambase, “People start their night expecting to have the time of their lives and often they try to portray that kind of ecstasy with phones and social media. Singer/songwriter and philanthropist Jimmy Charleswill lead a Cancer Survivors' March on Saturday, November 10, crossing the Cumberland River via Nashville's Pedestrian Bridge at 4 p.m. and on to The Anchor Fellowship (629 3rdAve. South) for a pre-release album celebration for HARD WAY TO GO from 6 - 10 p.m. A fundraiser for the artist's new charity #IAMNOTALONE, the March is free and open to all cancer survivors and their supporters; admittance to the cocktail reception and Charles' performance at The Anchor requires a $50 donation per person.

Taylor Martin brings you music with a beating heart; his raspy, emotion filled voice is instantly recognizable and his lyrics have an unflinching sincerity. Martin releases his third album, Song Dogs November 16th Little King Records. On it, he spins tales of the highway, homes, lost love, love regained, redemption, and the overuse of cell phones. The Honeycutters' Amanda Anne Platt took the lead as Music Producer (along with adding harmony vocals on a handful of songs) with the help of Co-Producer and Engineer, Robert George, and Martin's visions for the album. The album was recorded at Sound Temple Studios in Asheville, North Carolina.
