Acclaimed North Carolina-based singer-songwriter Malcolm Holcombe, “a troubadour seemingly from another age” (Elmore), will release his third album in as many years and his 13th studio album, Come Hell or High Water (Singular Recordings), on September 14. The storyline terminates in a bittersweet ending that acknowledges Blaze's profound highs and lows, as well as the impressions he made on the people who shared his journey.
