The Fabulous Palms Springs Follies will bring the curtain down on a starried 23 year history in Palm Springs with the final edition of the much ballyhooed song and dance production- this final season, appropriately entitled "The Last Hurrah!! - opening on November 1, 2013 with final performances in May, 2014. "The Last Hurrah" opens with sensational guest star Susan who presents her very special tribute to the holiday season with songs both traditional and contemporary. From "Boogie Woogie Santa Claus" to such classics as "Count Your Blessings" and "Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas," Anton makes her third Follies appearance a last hurrah to remember!

99.5 WYCD Downtown Hoedown Reveals 2013 Lineup

This morning, the highly anticipated artist lineup for the 31st annual 99.5 WYCD Downtown Hoedown, presented by Ram Trucks, Coors Light and Coca Cola, was officially announced on The All New Dr. Don Morning Show featuring some of country's greatest superstars including Jake Owen, Uncle Kracker, Joe Nichols and Craig Morgan. The weekend-long event will once again turn the expansive grounds surrounding Comerica Park into county music central from Friday, May 31 through Sunday, June 2. Last year's 30th anniversary event marked a tremendous milestone for Detroit's original country music must-see summer event with its debut move to Comerica Park.

Our Time - a non-profit organization that has been helping children who stutter for over a decade - will hold its 11th Annual Benefit Gala, Worth the Wait, celebrating the bravery and achievements of young people who stutter as well as those who inspire their success. This event comes just one year after the organization honored Offensive Lineman Matt Slauson of the New York Jets, and two years after honoring David Seidler, the Academy Award-winning writer of The King's Speech, whose film changed the landscape for people who stutter around the world. The event has become an annual favorite for a number of celebrities, philanthropists, artists, and social advocates including former NEA Chair and award-winning actress Jane Alexander who has said: 'The word has gotten out that this is the best show in town. I go to a lot of galas, but this is the one I always want to go to, bar none.'

When radio station representatives, record executives, and performers gather in Nashville for the Country Radio Seminar (CRS) February 27 - March 1, among many up-and-coming musical groups vying for attention will be Jetset Getset. The teen band, recently named by the Country Music Association on the list of 'Who New to Watch in 2013,' will perform at the historic Tootsie's Orchid Lounge on Friday, March 1, from noon until 2:00 p.m.

A new concert experience awaits Detroit's country music fans at the 30th annual 99.5 WYCD Downtown Hoedown, presented by Ram Truck Brand, Arby's and Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort. 99.5 WYCD officially announced this year's lineup, led by four-time, 2011 ACM winner, Miranda Lambert, this morning on The All New Dr. Don Morning Show and simultaneously on www.wycd.com. The weekend-long event will move to a new location for the first time in 30 years, the secure, expansive grounds surrounding Comerica Park, and will be held tonight, June 8 through June 10, 2012.
