A feisty little girl is still bringing audiences to their feet at the Shubert Theatre every night. Matilda the Musical, based on the beloved novel by best-selling author Roald Dahl, just reached a Broadway milestone yesterday, celebrating its third anniversary. The next series of Old Vic Voices Off events is aligned with The Old Vic's production of Harold Pinter's groundbreaking classic The Caretaker, in a new production directed by Matthew Warchus.

The 1990 movie of love beyond death is bought to the stage with GHOST THE MUSICAL.

Watching Matilda the musical is like witnessing something as close to musical theatre perfection as you can get. The detail in this masterpiece is so intricate & refined. I'm still trying to find fault in the show, to give a balanced objective summation of the work. And yet as hard as I try I cannot think of a single moment that didn't work, a cast member out of place a or time where my mind wandered. Dennis Kelly's writing is brilliant Tim Minchin's lyric and score unconventionally perfect and Matthew Warchus' staging thrilling.

Tickets will go on priority sale today for the world premiere of Groundhog Day, a new musical directed by Old Vic Artistic Director Matthew Warchus. General begins April 12, 2016.

TIME Magazine's #1 Show of the Year, the Royal Shakespeare Company's production of MATILDA THE MUSICAL, is coming to Canada!  Produced by the Royal Shakespeare Company and the Dodgers, MATILDA THE MUSICAL is presented in Toronto by David Mirvish as part of his 2015-16 Main Subscription Season. Performances begin Tuesday July 5 at the Ed Mirvish Theatre, with the media night scheduled for Thursday, July 7 at 6:45 PM.  Tickets will be available for performances until September 4, 2016.

The Old Vic today announces further acts for the second of its Variety Nights which will take place on Sunday 6 March 2016. Poet and comedian Tim Key, the Echoes of Ellington Jazz Orchestra and winner of the Brass Category of BBC Young Musician of the Year 2014 Matilda Lloyd will join the previously announced line-up including world renowned magicians Jeff McBride and Eugene Burger, DJ and musician MckNasty and sensational all male vocal group, Only Men Aloud. The evening will once again be hosted by comedian Mark Watson.

MATILDA THE MUSICAL, is coming to West Palm Beach as part of the Kravis On Broadway series. Produced by the Royal Shakespeare Company and the Dodgers, the first national tour of MATILDA THE MUSICAL will be coming to The Raymond F. Kravis Center for the Performing Arts March 1 - 6.

Following the sold-out success of the first two relaxed performances of Matilda The Musical in 2014 and 2015, the Royal Shakespeare Company will present a third relaxed performance at the Cambridge Theatre on Sunday 12th June at 3pm. This will be the seventh performance that the Royal Shakespeare Company has staged to date. The National Autistic Society and Mousetrap Theatre Projects will again work closely with the RSC, offering full access to the theatre for people with autism and learning disabilities.
