F*It Club, the New York Innovative Award-winning film and theatre company, continues its annual series of short, commissioned world-premiere plays at the IRT Theater as part of their 3B Development Series in Manhattan's West Village with The Spring Fling: Anniversary, six new short plays by Jon Caren (The Recommendation), Matthew-Lee Erlbach (Eager To Lose), Elizabeth Irwin (My Mañana Comes), Erica Saleh (In Memory of Julie Simmons), Sarah Sander (Playgrounds), and Daniel Talbott (Slipping).

Ars Nova has announced the lineup for Bridget Everett Gets F*cked by Ars Nova, a one-night-only blow-out concert celebrating everyone's favorite badass b*tch, alt-cabaret priestess and Ars Nova All Star, Bridget Everett. In addition to Everett herself, the benefit concert, directed by Scott Wittman (Hairspray, Rock Bottom), will feature tributes, roasts and send-up performances from Grammy and Tony Award-winner Patti LuPone and actor, comedian and Emmy-nominee Billy Eichner. Comedians, drag queens and entertainers aplenty round out the lineup, including Jim Andralis, DJ Jonjon Battles, Justin Vivian Bond, John Early, Cole Escola, Dan Finnerty, Murray Hill, Champagne Jerry, DJ Sammy Jo, Larry Krone, Erin Markey, Molly Pope, Marc Shaiman, Sweetie, The Tender Moments (Matt Ray, Mike Jackson, Carmine Covelli and Adam 'Ad-Rock' Horovitz), Chris Tyler, Varsity Interpretive Dance Squad (VIDS); plus a few fun surprises.

Hedwig and the Angry Inch composer/lyricist/co-creator Stephen Trask is set to take part in the next Dead Darlings at the historic Judson Memorial Church on December 10. Also featured will be Doug Wright (playwright, I Am My Own Wife, Grey Gardens), Oliver Butler (director, Jacuzzi, Tick, Tick... BOOM) and Duncan Pflaster (creator, The Naughty Jewish Boys Calendar). Studio 42's annual reading series returns this fall with four new Unproducible works. The first reading, The Doppelganger by Matthew-Lee Erlbach (Eager to Lose) and directed by Studio 42 Artistic Director Moritz von Stuelpnagel (Hand to God), will take place October 5th at A.R.T/NY. Remaining readings will be announced soon.

Studio 42 will present a reading of the political farce THE DOPPELGÄNGER, by Matthew-Lee Erlbach (Handbook for an American Revolutionary, Eager to Lose), directed by Moritz Von Stuelpnagel (Hand to God, and the upcoming Verite at LCT3) on Sunday, Oct 5 at 7p.

The season two finale of "Something New' has been released digitally today on iTunes, Stitcher, and TuneIn. On August 25th, the musical theatre podcast went to 54 Below to wrap up the season with a special live concert. Award-winning songwriter and host Joel B.
