Brooke Tansley, who started her run as Belle in Disney's Beauty and the Beast in September 2004 has been extended through September 18, 2005.

Disney's BEAUTY AND THE BEAST had its highest gross ever in its 11-year history on Broadway for the week of December 27-January 2. The production grossed $1,044,028, filling the Lunt-Fontanne Theatre to 100% capacity, and breaking last year's record for BEAUTY AND THE BEAST for $986,950 for the same New Year's Eve holiday week.

On April 18th, Disney's Beauty and the Beast celebrated its 10th Anniversary on Broadway. It was a star-studded event on stage, in the audience and at the exclusive party at ESPN Zone. Between the original creative team, Belles, Beasts, Gastons - the party, you could say, was very animated!
