Summer may be winding down, but the fun doesn't have to end as Barrel of Monkeys presents the Back To School Edition of its long-running, critically acclaimed revue THAT'S WEIRD, GRANDMA, directed by Matt Miller, playing Mondays at 8 pm from September 8 - October 6, 2014 at the Neo-Futurist Theater, 5153 N. The new school year brings plenty of new stories - all conceived and written by Chicago Public School students and adapted for the stage and performed by Barrel of Monkeys Company Members. Seanachai Theatre Company is pleased to celebrate its 20th anniversary season with an official name change to Irish Theatre of Chicago. The 2014-15 Season will include Conor McPherson's haunting drama SHINING CITY directed by ensemble member Jeff Christian and the world premiere drama THE WHITE ROAD by founding ensemble member Karen Tarjan, directed by ensemble member Robert Kauzlaric.

As embodied by the engaging Robert Michael Oliver-heavily bearded for the occasion-Sanctuary Theatre revives Whitman in all his messy glory, bringing us his passion, sensuality, sensitivity and eroticism.
