On this Monday March 10th, the cast and crew of the upcoming Broadway show 'A Catered Affair' enjoyed a 'Meet and Greet' that took place at Kleinfeld Bridal in New York City

New York Theatre Barn, who will be celebrating their first anniversary on April 14, announces the addition of five new members to its advisory board.

The marquee has just gone up and the set is being loaded into the Walter Kerr Theatre (219 West 48th Street) for the upcoming Broadway production of A Catered Affair, the new musical with book by four-time Tony Award-winner Harvey Fierstein, score by John Bucchino and directed by Tony Award-winner John Doyle.

New York City Center Encores! celebrated the closing night of its 2008 season opener, the 1970 Tony Award-winning hit, Applause, directed and choreographed by Kathleen Marshall with Music Direction by Rob Berman. Applause played five performances, from February 7-10 at New York City Center

The unique new website for the new Broadway musical A Catered Affair celebrated a launch event on Wednesday, February 6 at 1PM at Sky360° by Delta, Delta Air Lines' experiential pop-up lounge in Manhattan (101 West 57th Street at 6th Avenue). Gingold Theatrical Group's Project Shaw presents Pygmalion by George Bernard Shaw on Monday December 17 at 7PM at New York's most legendary club, The Players with Hannah Cabell, Marian Seldes and Matt Cavenaugh.

Turner Classic Movies will welcome four-time Tony Award-winner Harvey Fierstein on Monday, November 26, 2007 for their November 'Guest Programmer Month.' Beginning at 8PM (EST), Fierstein will join host Robert Osborne in conversation about some of his favorite films that TCM will air that evening. First up will be The Catered Affair, the MGM film on which Fierstein's new Broadway-bound musical, A Catered Affair, is partly based.

On December 10, Broadway veteran Chip Zien will host 'Monday Nights, New Voices' year end wrap up concert with a bevy of stars and New Voice alumni from this past years series.

On Monday, November 19, New York Theatre Barn will present 'Spark of Creation: The Music of Stephen Schwartz.'
