Broadway vet Haven Burton will honor the women who inspired her in her first solo concert, 'That's What She Sang,' at 54 Below.

On Dec. 1st at Playwright's Horizons, the Huntington's Disease Society of America, Greater NY Chapter held their annual Curtains Up For A Cure concert & silent auction with proceeds benefitting Huntington's Disease research. The concert was Produced by Meredith Patterson, who (among other Broadway credits) originated the role of Judy Haynes on Broadway in Irving Berlin's White Christmas. Ms. Patterson reprised her role last year in the 2013 Broadway National Tour.

Legendary civil rights activist and author David Mixner just premiered Oh Hell No!, an evening autobiographical storytelling, in a special one-night-only event last week on October 27, 2014 at New World Stages (340 West 50th Street). Amy and Jeff Towers will present the evening, which will be produced by Tim Ranney.
