Beloved Broadway shows were stripped down, sexied up and given a Broadway Bares twist at this year's edition of Broadway Bares Fire Island. Inspired by some of the theatre's greatest hits and set to pop music, the evening brought Broadway style to classic striptease. Twenty-six of New York City's best dancers came together in Fire Island Pines on June 3, 2017, and raised a record-breaking $56,533 for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS. The Redhouse Arts Center has announced its 2017-18 Main Stage Season filled with charm, wit, laughter, a dash of hysterical family dynamics and plenty of pure theatrical excitement.

The Skivvies will return to Chicago!  This weekend (April 30th at 8pm & Monday, May 1st at 8pm) the comedy-pop, undie rock band is set to play the Uptown Underground.

Concert for America is a humanitarian effort by the Broadway community that woke up in early November, as we all did, to the realities of President Trump. The initiative seeks to raise money for organizations that have always been important for social justice, but will prove ever more vital in the current administration. These include such causes as the Southern Poverty Law Center, NAACP, Sierra Club, NCADV, and National Immigration Law Center.

The third edition of CONCERT FOR AMERICA took place on Monday, March 20 at 8pm at the Auditorium Theatre of Roosevelt University in Chicago. 

CONCERT FOR AMERICA: STAND UP, SING OUT!  is proud to announce that Torrey Devitto (Chicago Med), Colin Donnell (Chicago Med), Yuri Sardarov (Chicago Fire), Alex Newell (Glee), Christine Pedi (Spamilton, Forbidden Broadway), and Chicago Children's Choir will join the previously announced cast of performers and presenters.

Based on the 1977 hit film, Saturday Night Fever follows Tony Manero in his attempt to escape his troubles by spending weekends at the local disco.

Drury Lane Theatre presents the disco musical Saturday Night Fever, rewritten for the Drury Lane stage, featuring music and lyrics by The Bee Gees, based on the smash-hit Paramount/RSO Film and the story by Nik Cohn, and adapted for the stage by Robert Stigwood in collaboration with Bill Oaks.

Drury Lane Theatre announces complete casting for disco musical Saturday Night Fever, rewritten for the Drury Lane stage, featuring music and lyrics by The Bee Gees, based on the smash-hit Paramount/RSO Film and the story by Nik Cohn, and adapted for the stage by Robert Stigwood in collaboration with Bill Oaks. This North American version was written by Sean Cercone and David Abbinantiand is helmed by Tony-nominated director and choreographer Dan Knechtges. Saturday Night Fever runs January 19 - March 19, 2017 at Drury Lane Theatre, 100 Drury Lane in Oakbrook Terrace. The Press Opening is Thursday, January 26, 2017 at 8:00 p.m. A portion of the opening night tickets sales will be donated to ArtReach, a nonprofit providing access to the arts to underserved communities in the Chicago area.
