WILLY WONKA to Run 7/1-10 at MCCC's Kelsey Theatre

A world famous yet mysterious candy man is about to invite five lucky children into his magical chocolate factory, where delicious adventures await. The Yardley Players present 'Willy Wonka,' a musical based on the famed Roald Dahl book, at Mercer County Community College's (MCCC's) Kelsey Theatre Fridays, July 1 and 8 at 8 p.m.; Saturdays, July 2 and 9 at 8 p.m.; and Sundays, July 3 and 10 at 2 p.m. Kelsey Theatre is located on the college's West Windsor Campus, 1200 Old Trenton Road. A reception with the cast and crew follows the opening night performance on July 1.

?Company of Fools (COF) opens its 21st season with the haunting and often hilarious  musical, Grey Gardens, with book by Doug Wright, music by Scott Frankel and lyrics by Michael Korie. Performances run June 28-July 20 at the Liberty Theatre in Hailey. When it premiered on Broadway in 2006, Grey Gardens was hailed as Time magazine's number one show of the year and garnered 10 Tony Award nominations.

Music Mountain to Present Cassatt String Quartet & More, 6/25-26

Music Mountain, America's oldest continuing summer chamber music festival, continues its extraordinary 87th Anniversary Season with the inspiring Cassatt String Quartet with guest artist, Colin Carr, cello on Sunday, June 26th (3PM) performing Tchaikowsky and Shubert. The New Black Eagle Jazz Band returns to Music Mountain on Saturday, June 25th (6:30pm) playing the best of traditional New Orleans jazz plus blues and rags. The summer will feature 15 weekends of incredible music including returning favorite chamber ensembles and musicians (pianists Peter Serkin and Julia Hsu), first-time guests (pianist Richard Goode), the ever-popular Saturday Evening Twilight Series, featuring an array of Jazz ensembles and musicians, including the talented artists of the Catskill Jazz Factory, and the second season of the new Music Mountain Master Classes for Young Artists plus so much more! Honolulu Theatre for Youth Teaches Healthy Habits to Youngsters

Honolulu Theatre for Youth (HTY) performed "The Tiny Tree," an interactive theater production, for 35 enthusiastic preschoolers in the Head Start program at Kapalama Elementary School this morning. The production, designed specifically to promote positive growth and healthy living concepts to young children, is midway through its eight-show run at federally funded Head Start preschool programs across Oahu.
