CENTRIC announces the return of the SOUL TRAIN AWARDS, the classic music awards show that highlights R&B music's finest and bridges the gap between the soulful sounds of yesterday, today and tomorrow.

On November 29th, artists and musicians will unite for BROTHER, BROTHER: KING FOR A DAY, a special evening to benefit Lifebeat at Comix. Performers including Lala Brooks, Ann Hampton Callaway, Grayce Coviello, Colton Ford, Sherri Lewis, Stewart Lewis, Gregory Nalbone, John Pagano, Katy Pfaffl, Barbara Porteus, MarTina Vidmar, Julie Waldman-Stiel and Liz Callaway will offer their interpretations of the songs of CAROLE KING. The inspiration for this event, which will be hosted by Matt Walton (All My Children, One Life to Live) and feature musical direction by Jimmy Horan, comes from Ms. King's song 'Brother, Brother' from her 1971 album Music. The song was her heartfelt response to Marvin Gaye's 'What's Goin' On' and is still relevant today.

The second annual SOUL TRAIN AWARDS gears up for a highly anticipated show on Wednesday, November 10 at the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre in metropolitan Atlanta, GA. Hosted by Oscar-nominated actors Terrence Howard and Taraji P. Henson, the 2010 SOUL TRAIN AWARDS will premiere on both CENTRIC and BET on Sunday, November 28 at 9:00 PM*.

The highly anticipated debut single, 'IMMORTAL,' from buzz worthy musician, NOAH, which features members of the critically-acclaimed rap group, The Wu-Tang Clan KILLA BEEZ- Prodigal Sunn/Shyheim, will finally arrive via Last Ten Records on December 6th (UK Release) and December 7th (US Release). Noah has been described by Q Magazine as 'Genius' and NME said 'Noah has the funk of the Red Hot Chillis and the Soul of Marvin Gaye,' whilst Time Out Magazine boasts Noah is 'A better singer than David McAlmont and Seal put together.' The notorious rap group The Wu-Tang Clan KILLA BEEZ- Prodigal Sunn/Shyheim will be joining NOAH, along with some surprise guests, at New York City's famed CMJ Marathon this October 22,2010 at Le Poisson Rouge at 8pm. The crowd-pleasing ALWAYS & FOREVER keeps packing them in at the Illusion Theater. Four more performances of the popular hit musical revue, featuring Julius Collins III (Quenton Jones), Jackson Hurst (Jahmal Purdy), T. Mychael Rambo (Durius Wright) and Dennis Spears (Levi Tucker), have been added to the schedule, extending the run to October 10.

After nearly 15 years of audience requests, Illusion Theater is pleased to announce the return of the hit musical revue, created by Richard D. Thompson, Sanford Moore and Garry Q. Lewis. Always and Forever, starring original cast members T. Mit der „Sweet Soul Music Revue' kehrt der Entertainer, Schauspieler, Moderator und Sänger nun im September für vier Abende zurück auf die Bühne im Theaterzelt in Fröttmaning. Und neben der Moderation des Abends übernimmt er in dieser großen Revue über die unvergessenen Stars des Soul-Sounds natürlich auch den Part von Ray Charles, dem er seit vielen Jahren mit dem gleichnamigen Musical ein eindrucksvolles Denkmal setzt.
