Deadline.com reports that the cast of Byron Allen's syndicated comedy series THE FIRST FAMILY has been revealed.

Actress Marla Gibbs will reunite with her 227 co-star Regina King in a special episode of TNT's SOUTHLAND entitled 'Underwater' on Tuesday, January 24, at 10/9c. Gibbs played King's mother on the long-running 1980's sitcom.

On April 25, the TV Land Awards featured a special tribute to GLEE, which was the recipient of the 'Future Classic Award'. The performance of 'Don't Stop Believin' included a cast of TV Land favorites and was lead by David Hasselhoff and Marilou Henner.

Celebrities from television, film and music all came out tonight for the unforgettable taping of the eighth annual 'TV Land Awards' premiering on Sunday, April 25 at 9 p.m. ET/PT. Appearances included Billy Crystal, Jay Leno, Betty White, Paula Abdul, Jane Leeves, Wendie Malick, Bob Newhart, Ryan O'Neal and more. Honorees included the cast of 'Everybody Loves Raymond' (Impact Award), Mel Brooks and Carl Reiner (Legend Award), the cast of 'Bosom Buddies' including Tom Hanks (Anniversary Award), cast members from 'Glee' (Future Classic Award), 'Charlie's Angels' (Pop Culture Award), 'The Love Boat' (Fan Favorite Award) and legendary punk rock band Blondie (Icon Award.) The show was taped on Saturday, April 17th and was hosted by Tim Allen on the historic Stage 15 on the Sony Lot in Culver City.

The elderly girls jaunt will begin with a grand reopening of the show at the Meta Theatre (Melrose and Fairfax in Hollywood) January 22nd - January 30th.  The Fab Five men in gals clothes then take the ribald musical parody to a brand new 200 seat venue in Palm Springs at the Temple Isaiah Pavilion on Alejo for one weekend only February 5th, 6th and 7th.  After a two-week rest of their tired old bones, the girls will perform their little hearts out to attendees in South Beach at the Colony Theatre on Lincoln Boulevard.  All the original cast members of the show expected to make the trip barring any unforeseen health issues prominent with this vulnerable demographic.  The Miami Dates are February 26th, 27th and 28th 2010.

Vic Carmona will play the twisted Therapist who suggests "Drag Therapy" to his 4 patients and sets up the original plot for this new tribute. In addition to the LifeGroup Los Angeles, the show will add some other charities including the Aids Assistance Program ( Palm Springs), and Certified Humane (Humane Farm Animal Care Nationwide). MTC MainStage, Music Theatre of Connecticut's Professional Equity Acting Company, presents 'Lady Day at Emerson's Bar and Grill' a play with music by Lanie Robertson and directed by Kevin Connors. Set in 1959 in a seedy bar in Philadelphia, 'Lady Day at Emerson's Bar and Grill' recreates one of Billie Holiday's final performances. Performances are April 24 - May 3, 2009 and take place at the MTC MainStage Studio Theatre in Westport, CT.
