Don't Quit Your Night Job, the longest-running variety show featuring Broadway Stars since The Ziegfeld Follies, awakens from hibernation just in time to present the Don't Quit Your Night Job Holiday Spectacular!!!, Thursday, December 11 at 11:30PM at 54 Below. Special guests will include 16-time Grammy Award winner Sting (The Last Ship), Josh Radnor (Disgraced, 'How I Met Your Mother'), Tony Award winner James Monroe Iglehart (Aladdin), Derrick Baskin (Piece of My Heart), Alex Brightman (Matilda), Jenn Colella, (If/Then), Erin Davie (Side Show), Dion Flynn (Obama on 'The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon'), Asmeret Ghebremichael (The Book of Mormon), Jason Kravits (Relatively Speaking, Lords of the Playground), Maurice Murphy(Motown), Emily Padgett (Side Show), Alysha Umphresss (On The Town), Kate Wetherhead(Submissions Only, The Other Josh Cohen), and more, joining creators Steve Rosen, Sarah Saltzberg, andmusic director Dan Lipton, with a visit from creator David Rossmer.

Marc Summers to host Improvised Double Dare at ComedySportz, 4/6

Marc Summers, legendary host of Nickelodeon's Double Dare and current Food Network star is coming to Chicago to host IMPROVISED DOUBLE DARE, an improvised comedy homage to the popular 1980s game show on Sunday, April 6, 2014 at The ComedySportz Theatre, 929 W Belmont Ave. Doors will open at 6:30pm, and the show begins at 7:00pm.

54 BELOW, Broadway's Supper Club, will present Drew Gasparini and friends in "From Here & There: The Music & Lyrics of Drew Gasparini" on Friday, December 13th at 11pm. This California native turned New York composer will present songs from all over his catalog… some songs from here… some songs from there. The night will consist of new material from several of Drew's latest projects, fan favorites from his award-winning musicals Crazy, Just Like Me, Make Me Bad, and #UntitledPopMusical, as well as numbers from the TV show SMASH and Drew's recently released album, "I Could Use A Drink." Drew's music has been described as, "Remarkable, smart, and strongly tuneful," by The Huffington Post… "Invigorating and original," by the Houston Press… "Loud and approximate," by Michael Cassara, CSA… "The best thing to ever happen to the world," by Drew's mother… and, "That racket," by Drew's father.
