Albert, announces casting for the Chicago premiere of The Hard Problem by Tom Stoppard, directed by Charles Newell. The Hard Problem runs March 9 - April 9, 2017 at Court Theatre, 5535 S. Ellis Avenue in Chicago.

Co-created by Tony Award nominee and Drama Desk Award winner Julian Crouch (Hedwig and the Angry Inch; The Addams Family; Shockheaded Peter, New Vic 1999; Wolves in the Walls, New Vic 2007), Grammy Award winner and Pulitzer Prize finalist Rinde Eckert (Renee Fleming VOICES, Orpheus X, Horizon, And God Created Great Whales) and composer and National Sawdust and VisionIntoArt Director Paola Prestini (Gilgamesh, Labyrinth Installation Concertos, The Hubble Cantata), Aging Magician makes its Off-Broadway Premiere at The New Victory Theater tonight, March 3, through March 12, 2017.

As relevant today as it was when it debuted in 1937, 'The Cradle Will Rock' electrifies the Tansill Theater stage at Connecticut College, with performances Friday, March 3, at 7:30 p.m, Saturday, March 4, at 2 and 7:30 p.m., and Sunday, March 5, at 2 p.m. The infamous musical, a biting critique of unrestrained capitalism and income inequality, features musical styles that leap from classical to jazz to pop and capture a story as satirical as it is uplifting and empowering.

Opera Saratoga's Artistic and General Director Lawrence Edelson announced today complete casting for the three exciting new productions that will comprise the company's 2017 Summer Festival, which will build on the company's commitment to producing masterpieces from the operatic cannon, important American works, and works in which dance plays an integral role. Lawrence Edelson, Artistic and General Director of Opera Saratoga, announced today the winter/spring schedule of events for the company's Saratoga Sings! program. The schedule includes previously announced collaborations, along with a new special event in February with Grammy nominated baritone Christopher Dylan Herbert, in partnership with Saratoga Spa State Park.
