BAILANDO CON LAS ESTRELLAS estrenó su temporada en Telecinco con un reparto de concursantes formado por Adrián Lastra, Athenea Pérez, Bruno Vila, Carlota Boza, Elena Tablada, Jonan Wiergo, José Manuel Pinto, Josie, Mala Rodríguez, María Isabel, Miguel Torres, Sheila Casas y Agatha Ruiz De La Prada acompañados de un cuerpo de bailarines profesionales formado por Sara García, Sergi Pedrós, Marta Blanco, Rubén Rodríguez, Adrián Esperón, David Díaz, Paula Lastra, Aroa Gárez, Álvaro Cuenca, Luis Montero, Sandra Torremadé, Angelo Madonia y Roberto Luján.

Margo Dean, founder and artistic director of Ballet Concerto Inc., a Fort Worth institution that has presented an annual free-to-the-public, fully-staged professional dance production each June since 1981, has announced that the company's SUMMER DANCE CONCERT performances will move from Trinity Park to The Heart of the Ranch at Clearfork adjacent to the Trinity River and a part of the Clearfork Developments in near Southwest Fort Worth.

A just-opened multimedia exhibit at the New York Public Library for the Performing Arts at Lincoln Center is a love letter to flamenco in the Big Apple. It features over 150 historical and contemporary prints, photographs, performance programs, album covers, newspaper and magazine articles, books, costumes and performance regalia, oral histories, music, and rarely seen film and video clips chronicling the artistic and personal lives of Spanish dancers who came to New York and the art form they embraced and changed. The exhibit, a collaboration between the LPA and Flamenco Vivo, one of the country's premier flamenco and Spanish dance companies, and its Artistic Director Carlotta Santana, will be on display at the Library's Shelby Cullom Davis Museum, Vincent Astor Gallery until August 3, 2013.
